We specialise in business law & company law, financial law & insolvency law, and lease law & property.

Your interest is always our first consideration. We find out what is really important to you as our client, and give advice that is in line with this, using our legal knowledge and expertise. We conduct legal proceedings if such is necessary, but practice shows that legal proceedings are not always the best solution for you. We work with you to find realistic and feasible solutions. This includes the usual routes as well as the unusual alternatives that you might not have thought of yourself.

Sometimes, our firm also makes clear choices. An example is that our specialists in the field of financing, security and insolvency law do not accept appointments as receiver. Some may call that self-willed, but we feel that we need to do everything we can to offer our clients good service. If this requires unusual choices, then we are happy to recommend them.
