Rent and income limits for social housing 2020

Each year, the government sets the new limits that are decisive for housing associations for the allocation of independent social housing. Mid-November 2019 the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations published the new MG Circular in which the rent and income limits that apply in 2020 have been recorded. The Circular includes, among other things, the parameters for housing benefit, the indexed income limits (for the benefit of appropriate allocation) and the rent-control ceiling. The new parameters apply from 1 January 2020 to 1 January 2021. The most important changes are stated below.
