The increase of the rent that the parties agreed on in 2007 and which increase is related exclusively to an increase of the size of the leased property must be qualified as an adjustment of the entire rent within the meaning of Section 303 of Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code. In accordance with the provisions of Section 303 of Book 7 of the Dutch Civil Code, the rent only qualifies for an adjustment five years after the most recent rent adjustment.
